Cliftoncote Farm is situated in the Bowmont Valley at the foot of the Cheviot Hills. It is a site of archaeological interest with stunning views and excellent walking and riding country.

Cliftoncote is within easy reach of many border towns offering interests such as Abbeys, woollen mills and historical houses. Kelso, famous for its racecourse and Tweed fishing is close by. The Borders boasts many excellent golf courses including The Roxburghe.
